About Us

I’m a daughter and the primary caregiver to my 89-year-old father, who is living with dementia and now lives with me and my family. What started as helping out here and there has slowly turned into a full-time role filled with love, patience, and a lot of tough moments. Over the years, I’ve watched him decline little by little, but the last 18 months have been especially hard as his condition has progressed more quickly.

Along the way, I’ve realized something that so many caregivers experience but don’t talk about enough—there really aren’t enough resources or support systems for people in this position. Caring for an aging parent, especially with dementia, often means figuring things out on your own while juggling the emotional, physical, and mental weight of it all.

This journey has given me a new sense of purpose. I want to be a source of support for other adult children who are now stepping into this role, often without warning or guidance. My goal is to help caregivers feel less alone, share what I’ve learned, and create a space where people going through this can find understanding, connection, and real support.

If any of my story sounds familiar, you're in the right place. You don't have to figure this out alone - and you shouldn't have to.
